Working across a variety of industry sectors, our Structural Engineering teams are renowned for producing innovative and award-winning sustainable engineering solutions throughout the lifecycle of any building project. To build on our great work so far, we are looking for graduates who want to create, improve and protect the environment in which we live and provide the facilities for day-to-day life, transport and industry to function effectively.

The Role You'll Play

This graduate role is expected to start in Q4 2025 OR Q1 2026.

In this graduate role, you’ll join our APAC Structural Engineering team, based in Hong Kong, to work on the design of some of the most exciting construction design projects in the APAC and worldwide. Working closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice, you’ll provide specialist consultancy input on projects across a wide range of sectors.

Join us as a Graduate Structural Engineer and you’ll work with and be guided by a team of expert engineers to carry out conceptual as well as detailed structural engineering design and analysis, using your maths, science, and problem-solving skills to design inspirational and sustainable structures and more.

This role will require you to use your knowledge and expertise to define and translate clients’ needs into designs for buildings, infrastructure, facilities, and services with sustainability at the forefront of the design.

You’ll have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop, and with accredited professional development programmes from the IStructE, ICE or other relevant professional institutions, you’ll be supported towards Chartership.

The Skills You'll Bring

Desirable if accredited with or on course to achieve a BEng/MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Structural Engineering.

You’ll have a keen interest in structural design and analysis for the built environment, and crucially - have a passion for creative and intuitive design.

Possessing a desire for personal and professional development, you’ll have the proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Computational Design and Digital Engineering are big focus at our team, so ideally, you’ll have an understanding of Parametric Modelling Techniques (Grasshopper or Dynamo), or at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, C#, VB).
You are organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities, striving to meet deadlines.

Collaborative in nature, you’ll be able to empathise with your clients’ needs and utilise excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external stakeholders. You’re used to using your initiative to overcome challenges and have a positive, can-do attitude.

What’s in it for you?

We offer a competitive starting salary which grows as you develop, as well as many training and development opportunities to make sure you keep progressing. Aside from this, those who successfully join our graduate scheme also enjoy:

• Professional career development and mentoring
• Sponsorship for professional membership
• Exposure to international opportunities
